If you are like most patients you appreciate being informed before arriving at the dentist office. Below is an overview of what you can expect from Denver Dentistry.
Financing & Insurance
Today, many people are aware that finding a dentist who cares for your whole body health is important. Like many others, if you are looking for a holistic approach you will have to search for an out-of-network provider.
In order to focus on quality, safety, and low patient volume individualized care, our office has chosen not to be a contracted provider with any insurance providers.
Out-of -network does not mean “no insurances accepted”. We accept all PPO dental insurance policies with out-of-network benefits. Though we are out-of-network, as a courtesy we will always process your claims in the office (you will never be asked to file your own claims!).
Please keep in mind insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company and that we are offering claim billing as a courtesy. If you have any questions regarding your out-of-network insurance, please contact your insurance company for further details.
If you have Delta Dental, we do require that payment is made in full at the time of service. Delta Dental will send payment directly to the policyholder after the claim has been processed.
For those who are unable to travel to Denver for an in-office consultation, we welcome you to contact our office to schedule a virtual consultation with Dr. Grabiak. Our team will work with you prior to your virtual meeting with Dr. Grabiak to collect some vital information from you to make the most of your consultation time. Dr. Grabiak will review all of the information you provide to our office prior to your virtual consultation and be ready to discuss with you your concerns, options, and recommendations, and timeline.
Once you’ve scheduled your dental treatment, you will need to make travel arrangements. During your consultation, Dr. Grabiak will discuss the timeline for the dental treatment and your specific needs. We recommend that you travel with a friend or loved one, particularly if your dental treatment requires sedation. You will need transportation back to your hotel, in addition to a bit of extra care the first evening while the effects of the sedation wear off. We will provide you with detailed instructions for your procedure when you are discharged.
If you are flying, the closest major airport to our office is the Denver International Airport, located just a 45-minute car ride away. As one of the largest airports in the United States, the Denver
International Airport is a hub to most major national and international airlines—and, depending where you live, you will likely be able to find a non-stop flight to help keep things easy and convenient.
There are numerous ground transportation options available at Denver International Airport. The Ground Transportation Information Counter is located in the central area on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal. Counter hours are 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. Denver International Airport has multiple car rental companies able to serve you right from the airport.
